How to return Demeter products

Demeter product will be returning to Demeter Warehouse. Steps on how to return to Demeter Warehouse can be found below.

Note: Please do NOT send the item back to our office address as we will be unable to process the return there and will takes a longer time for your refund.

* Order must be within the return period

** The status of the order must be "Delivered" (If the status is not "Delivered", please wait up to 24 hours for the status to update)

How to return

1. Go to "Account", click "View All Orders"
2. Choose the order you would like to return
3. Click "Return/Refund"
4. Click "I want to return the received item"
5. Fill out the outline return form and choose return delivery method
